At CyberBull BD, we are committed to delivering high-quality laptops, PC components, and accessories. We offer manufacturer-backed warranties and our own service commitments to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.
How Cyber Bull Provides Warranty Support
Cyber Bull works directly with international brands and distribution channels, ensuring official manufacturer warranty support for every laptop we offer.
For any kind of issue, we forward the device directly to the respective brand’s official warranty center. Cyber Bull does not attempt to fix any problems in-house; instead, we ensure your device receives proper service through authorized warranty procedures.
For international warranty claims, customers do not need to pay any additional charges, shipping fees, or service costs. Cyber Bull handles the entire process at its own expense—providing you with a completely hassle-free warranty experience.
Warranty Coverage
- All products are sold with manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified.
- Warranty covers hardware defects only.
- Accessories such as batteries and chargers usually have a 1-year warranty unless specified.

“Lifetime warranty” refers to the product’s official life cycle; after discontinuation, service applies for 1 year only.
What’s Not Covered
- Physical damage, liquid damage, burns, or power issues caused by misuse
- Unauthorized repairs, tampering, or removal of serial stickers/labels
- Software issues, viruses, or data loss
- Missing or tampered packaging, parts, or accessories
Warranty Claim Process
- Warranty claims must be submitted at least 20 days before warranty expiry.
- The original invoice must be presented for any warranty/service claim.
- Customers must back up their data; Cyber Bull is not responsible for data loss.
- Service duration:
Usually 5–10 business days
Sometimes up to 45–60 days or more, depending on parts availability. - If repair is not possible:
Replacement with an equal or similar configuration, or
Store credit based on the current product value.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Products once sold are not refundable or exchangeable, unless a valid manufacturer defect is found within 3 days of purchase.
- Returned items must be:
Unused
In original condition
With full packaging and accessories - Any tampering or missing items will void eligibility for return/warranty.
