Payment Terms
- Customers are strongly advised to verify stock availability before making any payment.
- Online payments are processed through SSLCOMMERZ digital payment gateway. Applicable gateway charges may apply.
- Refunds for online payments may take 10–15 working days. Additional fees deducted during payment processing (gateway charges, EMI fees, etc.) will not be refunded.

Order & Delivery
- Orders are usually processed within 48–72 hours, provided the items are in stock and payment verification is complete.
- Cyber Bull does not guarantee same-day shipping, but will make every effort to dispatch orders promptly.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
- Cyber Bull reserves the right to cancel or reverse any order without prior notice.
- In case of typographical or pricing errors, Cyber Bull has the right to refuse, cancel, or correct orders at its discretion.
Warranty Claim Conditions
- Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice, receipt) to claim warranty support.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for warranty service, unless otherwise stated.
- Cyber Bull reserves the right to refuse warranty service in cases of misuse, unauthorized repairs, or tampering.
- Compatibility of products cannot be guaranteed. Customers should contact manufacturers directly for compatibility concerns.
