Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh, including major cities, towns, and selected rural areas.

We use trusted courier services like SA Paribahan, Sundarban, Steadfast, RedX, and Pathao Courier depending on your location.
Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available in most areas (up to ৳15,000 order value)

Bank Transfer – For custom PC builds or corporate orders
COD not available for some remote areas or high-value items (laptops/GPUs).
Packaging & Handling
All items are:

Safely packed with bubble wrap and sturdy boxes

Sealed to prevent tampering

Properly labeled with invoice and tracking number
Custom PC builds are tested and packed with special care. Delivery includes all listed components and warranties.
Tracking Orders
Once your product is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor the delivery status.
Undelivered or Refused Orders
If the customer refuses to accept delivery without valid reason, CyberBull BD reserves the right to:

Cancel future COD orders

Charge actual delivery cost for re-shipping

Withhold promotional discounts
Shipping for Repairs/Warranty
Customers are responsible for:

Shipping cost to send a product for warranty service

Ensuring safe packaging for return items
We recommend using tracked courier services and keeping the receipt.
