Return & Refund Policy

At CyberBull BD, your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell high-quality laptops, PC components, and accessories, and we stand by the products we offer. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or replacement, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

The item must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

You must provide the original invoice/receipt.

Returns must be initiated via email or our support system.
⚠️ We do not accept returns for change of mind or customer error (e.g., buying the wrong product).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products physically damaged after delivery

Items with broken seals, scratches, or missing parts

Software or license keys (digital or physical)

Custom-built or assembled PCs once delivered

Clearance sale or discounted items marked “non-refundable”

Products not sold by CyberBull BD (e.g., third-party listings)
Replacement Policy
A replacement may be issued if:

The product is DOA (Dead on Arrival)

You receive a wrong item

The product is defective and not working out of the box
Procedure:

Submit a replacement request within 3 days of delivery

Provide clear photos/videos of the defect

Wait for evaluation and confirmation from our support team
If stock is unavailable, we will offer an exchange or refund.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved (based on the return eligibility and inspection), it will be processed as follows:

Mobile Payment Refunds: bKash/Nagad within 7–10 working days

Bank Refunds: Within 7–14 working days

Card Payments: May take up to 15 working days, depending on your bank

Cash on Delivery: Refunds processed to a nominated mobile/bank account
⚠️ Refunds are only initiated after the returned product is inspected and approved by our technical team.
Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), CyberBull BD will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer error (wrong order, change of mind), the customer must cover the return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning products.
