Customer Support Executive
- Location: Dhaka (Hybrid)
- Type: Full-time
- Experience: 1+ year in customer support or e-commerce
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat. You’ll work to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly tone. Your role will involve close collaboration with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Bangla and English. Prior experience with CRM systems or customer support tools is preferred. We’re looking for someone with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
Inventory & Logistics Coordinator
- Location: On-site (Dhaka Warehouse)
- Type: Full-time
- Experience: 1–2 years in inventory management or logistics
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels and accurately tracking all incoming and outgoing stock. This role requires close coordination with suppliers and delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient logistics. Additionally, you’ll maintain precise stock records and ensure that product availability is consistently updated on the website.
